Window tinting NW?

Well "the car is finished" idea lasted one day.

So next I want to get the windows tinted. Anybody used a tinting firm in the North West area that did a good job?

What sort of costs are involved?

Mine also cost £200, but I had mine done in Bradford by these - www.abbeytints.com

It took them literally all day, but the glass came out so they could tint it all (not just what's on show), and apply the heat lamps whilst applying the film. I also had UV film fitted, not just the tinted ones.

Hmmm like the idea of UV.

Alex Did you get light or dark smoke and at what percentages?

IIRC I have 50% on the front and 30% on the rears. The percentage being the amount of light it lets through.

I had mine done by Tint Man of St Helens, got a 20% tint to all rear of the B pillar and cost in the region of £160ish

Good job as well, the 2nd car I've had done by them - think that is UV as well!
