First day it felt like i was suddenly engine braking (100% of the time). Next day I changed fuel filter. Half a day I drove no problems whatsoever. The second half of the day problem came back, but in slightly different form. It was just as I would either drop half throttle or go engine braking, some moments it went ok(10% of the time). Next day it changed proportions again. 30% car acted normal 40% engine braking and other 30% like half throttle. Since then proportions changed following: now 60% of the time car acts normal 5% feels like engine braking, and 35% feels like traction control is in(but it is not)
All the problems come with dropped fuel rail pressure.
Anyways, engine idles no problem. RPM wobble a bit if you drop to idle right after that 5% engine braking situation. Otherwise idles normally, does not stall. Starts also very nicely and does not stutter right after startup.
Since problem started I've gone through 60 L of improved diesel with cleansing additives and after that 40L of regular diesel. All the problems started after I put in those 60l of improved fuel and car sat with little to no drive for 2 days in 30C degree heat.
    Somehow like this
Car has 238 thousand KM that is around 165 thousand miles

Nope, mine does not rise revs when release brake pedal.
Main changes in behavior got when I dumped 2x times 20l of regular diesel from other gas station brands.
I am planning to change both fuel filters(in tank and fine filter), and dump all diesel from tank and remove gunk from it. I feel that is the case.

Yes, don't use v-power / higher octane fuels.

Dropped rail pressure is either caused by
    - Failing fuel pump - you'll find a lot of metal particles in the tank
    - Injectors leaking too much fuel back to the tank - i.e. faulty injector(s)
    - SCV's blocked
    - Fuel filter blocked
    - Mechanical pressure release valve on fuel rail leaking - you'd see / smell that

My z30dt had the well documented SCV blockage at 125k miles - used to cut out, throw codes, go into limp mode when you put it under pressure - when the DPF re-gen ran it was almost undriveable....seems okay now SCV's replaced.

When my SCVs were playing up I would sometimes get stalling when the car was warm and idling, it would then take about 6-9 seconds of cranking the car to get it to start. Then things went bad really quickly, I couldn't get above 70 mph, driving home one evening was a real experience, to the point where I actually considered getting rid of the car.
I run supermarket fuel in my car, have done for 75k miles and will continue to do so, I do add in a bit of 2 stroke into the tank 2-3 times a month.
