Not posted on here for a while but I thought I would share my current work on my car. It's been machine polished using chemical guys white light polish. Will be waxing it tomorrow.

Atm I'm using Juicy Details podium wax which is a high gloss shine show wax. It lasts only a few months but is great for the show season as it brings the best out of the paintwork. I've then got a choice really. I get the wax club boxes off wax addict UK so I've got some development waxes I need to try for them. Then I'll use the chemical guys butter wet wax that's a liquid wax and goes on very easy and you can get a good 5 months protection with that. So good over winter.

never used juicy detail, my son & i have done all the waxy boxes, now on the new one , great way of trying different and some time expensive stuff , just got a pot of swiss wax onyx for my birthday , that's for the new vxr. Have always used DJ products , but my son is into chem guys as he gets free samples somehow ,never asked. Anyway the insigna is looking great ,seen the better pics on DW.

I've never tried that meguires before so can't compare. The chemical guys one is very easy to apply and remove tho and you can use it in direct sunlight too so extra bonus there. No powdery residue or anything.
