    Default Locking wheel nuts

Err, have a bit of a problem. Have been painting the calipers today in preparation for PVS, and the key for the locking wheel nuts has broken. Part of the pattern that slots inside the wheel nut has come off and bent out of shape and I can't get the wheel off to finish the job.
I know the point of locking wheel nuts, but is there any way round them? If not, does anyone know how long it takes to order a new one from the dealer. I want to finish painting before PVS!!! Thankyou in advance, Chris

Order a new one or get your drill out.

    Is it easy......NO, it's a bl***y nightmare.
It's a pain but the best thing to do is to order a new one.
You might be lucky and find VX can get you one fairly quickly, the drilling is a LAST resort option!!

Mate, I was just thinkin to myself, these look a bit ropy, then the f 'ing then broke. Not happy at all!!!!!
Hopefully will be able to get one quick from VX. Probably not before PVS, but at least I got a good thick first coat on today. Thanks for the replies though, don't like the sound of the drillin like.

Drilling them off is very possible but a little risky as one slip with the drill and you can scuff the wheel, sorry to be on a downer but last time i ordered a replacement key, took about 4 days or so.
