you may be able to wire an extra 'booster' alarm siren in.. ask GG, i think he's done this..

Question for Caterman, Is the Saab GM alarm the same as ours but then connected to the horn as well? And if so could you see a way of modding the vecs?

Is the standard alarm in the Vectra simply p1$$ poor, or is its loudness and duration (30 secs.?) dictated by guidelines/legislation? I seem to remember reading somewhere that the noise level and duration of sounding of factory-fitted car alarms was reduced to appease the 'pc brigade'.
