    Default The Ferry !!

Errrr. Cos my car wont be ready until the very last minute, I'm not going to get a chance to do any detailing - none at all... It will be lucky to get washed...

So I had a thought, can you stay with your vehicle on the ferry crossing ??

Maybe that might be my chance to get something done ??

I doubt it, even when we went to the Isle of Wight (I know its not quite the same!) the other year you had to go up deck.

Hi Spoons, no one is allowed on the car deck during a crossing, the only exceptions are somtimes if you are travelling with livestock, racehorses that kind of thing. Are you going Dover Calais route if so do yourselves a favour and pay for the upgrade to the club lounge. Far more civilised and away from the great unwashed.

we could always jet wash it at the filling staion on the docks, drip dry it while we drive round on to the car queue stands..then just do it while we wait to get told to go on the ferry...usually about 20 mins...

BUT.. there are a lot of hands so it shouldn't take us all too long if we pitch in..
