Did you get the dpf mapped out then on your z30dt or just removed and adjusted the differential pressure sensor?

I did none of those things XD
I literally had a dpf to back exhaust fitted with no resonators back boxes or owt, just pipe, then hollowed out the dpf and unplugged the EGR to stop regen. It looks like the dpf hasn't been touched and it doesn't smoke, but the engine light is on. I need it mapped out but it's finding someone

So more of an update, I've got to take my car to Perry's next week to get an estimate for the repair work so Ensure can give it to the third party. I've been told it may be written off if it needs a bumper replaced and the windscreen replaced.
So I've had a chat with the wife, and if the car is written off, I think I'm going to pick up a 1.9 CDTi 150 and move my leather seats/exhaust/lights etc onto the 1.9 from my V6. I could do with more MPG, but looking through autotrader tech specs I don't think the 1.9 will get much more MPG, but I could be wrong of course

Shame to hear it's a write off bud, makes sense to take bits over to the new one, possibly the wheels too

At least if you get a 1.9 you get can a signature @Teapot map. Should help with your mpg as well as unleash a few extra horses

Yeah mpg will be better, id go for an elite or design so you get toys. Shocks and springs can be added later

Let's hope you can buy the car back and get it sorted

If not will you be stripping the car for spares?

Thanks for the comments lads, I spoke to the police today (as the driver didn't stop), they gave me all the details so I've been in touch with the company who run the road painting vehicles, and from what they've said they will take liability.
I'm going to get an estimate of costs done at Perry's on Friday and take in from there.
I've been looking as some signums too, I take it the 1.9 is the same engine as the vectra for mpg/mapping?
If it is written off and I can buy the car back, I'll have to see what I get as a replacement. Either way I wouldn't get a black one again I don't think, so I'd break it for parts for sure
