    Default anyone got pics of their cars on 18s and lowered?

    as above mine has been lowered 40mm and has 18s but tires are wrong size and wanted to see what everyone else's looks like cos mine dont look right!

    Mine's on 18s and lowered 30mm on Irmscher suspension. It's not a Vectra but it may help. Tyres are 225/40.

    mine are 215/35.... could i go upto 235/40 on rear and 225/40 on front??

    215/35s are waaaay out, far too small, 225/40`s are better, and 235/40 is as well, but dunno if 235/40 is a size ?

    *edit* You can get 235/40`s at a reasonable price, so yep would work ...

    I am running 225/40's but my next set of tyres will be 235/40's

    If you take the 215/50x17, or the 235/35x19 as the VX standard size, then the 235/40x18 is actually the closest 18" tyre you are going to get, it is nearly bang on, never realised you could get that size readily ..

    How come Dervdoc's 30mm looks absolutely slammed compared to Duncan's 30mm?

    Both look good, but there's an obvious difference!

    no idea, m8 not unless they give me 45's instead of 35mm springs

    Could be the splitter on the front that makes the difference

    This is mine on 18" and minus 30mm springs
