    Default Electric window issue ???

Parked my car at macro today and did a quick bit of shopping when i returned to my 06 Signum i found that all four window's were down about a inch. Strange i thought as i know i didnt leave it like that. Got into the car and inserted the key and checked the dash for any info lights but nothing.
Anybody heard of or seen this before. I hate not knowing why these things happen.

Yes. By pressing and holding the lock/unlock buttons you can open and close the windows using the key fob.
