Default Engine bay cleaning help please

Hi everyone need some help & advice on what to do & use to get my engine bay all nice & shiny here's a pic of it first

What i have done so far is cleaned the metal cover by the turbo & the pipe at the front of the engine bay with megs metal polish, is there anything better than this or does it need more elbow grease. The plastic covers is it ok to use back to black on it if not what? And whats best to clean the actual engine its self? i know of a spray you can get to get rid of the grime but dont know what its called or where to get it. Basically i would like my engine/bay to look gleaming like new so your tips are very welcome

Many thanks for your time Mark

Use a good all purpose cleaner or something like Meguiars Degreaser. Rinse off with a low pressure hose staying away from the electrics. While it's still wet spray all the plastics with something like a tyre shine. When it dries it'll look mint.
