Not really, i just love the style of the vectra c and most peeps just personalise them anyway, engine size not that important to me as i own a superbike but wouldnt mind just tweaking it a bit

what i mean is,went to local dealer today young laddy buying sri badges to fit to his ls model,,parked next to mine and looked as if to say well what if i had that one,,

Nah, i just get people looking at the chrome handles on my elite longingly while attaching chrome covers with sticky tape, while the kids in the back have to turn a funny windy thing to open their windows!

At the end of the day it's just a car, you're not any less of a person for owning something old/low spec etc.

Touching a raw nerve here. The SRi was around £1500 dearer than the exclusiv I bought.

Could and should have bought the SRI but at least I ticked the right engine

If only it was as simple as just buying the badge

not much difference between the sri and the sxi so i'm led to believe, bigest diff iv'e found is insurance groups and price on the forecourt, couldnt find a cdti sri for less than 11 grand.....and got a cdti sxi for less than 10 grand on an 05 plate
