    What radio could I install and is there any option where I can save my steering wheel controls?

    The pioneer with something like ctsvx001 and the ctpioneerlead. The android thing might work with ctchinalead but I don't know for definite.
    Also there's no guarantees that the ctsvx001 will work for a non UK car.
