Halfords 3 for 2 Cleaning Offer

Just been to halfords in Doncaster, they have a 3 for 2 offer on all cleaning products. Was looking for a water magnet cloth (couldn't find one), so got some meguiars glass stuff, an extra large chamois and auto glym polish set. Got the shammy (£10.50) free, so quite a good deal. I presume it's a national offer?

Just don't buy 2 expensive things and a sponge, it's the cheapest item that's free!!

Maybe now I can get the veccy clean enough to post pics!!

It was only when I got back that I realised I needed the actual ****** carwash!! I spent 10 minutes trying to decide what to buy, and I put some NXT wash back as well. They had some of the gold stuff there, and a few other things. I'm going to nip back tomorrow I think (when the wifey's gone out )

Their site has the offer advertised, so must be a national offer. And here are the meguiars stuff they have (same products as Donny had instore):

Judging by the site, if it cleans the car it's in the offer. So vacuums and polishers count as well (but probably wont be the cheapest cleaning thing you buy )

Is that definitely on Meguiars stuff as well? I knew they were doing 3 for 2 on the AG stuff.

Yep - I bought six Meguires items yesterday and got the cheapest two free in Halfords nr Maidstone.

Got a Celulose sponge and two packs of microfibre polishing cloths on the 3 for 2.

Halfords have to be the worlds worst retailer, whats the point of having a 3 for 2 offer and not advertising it, beggers beleif !! I was in on sunday and bought some tar remover and a wash mit, didn`t know there was a 3 for 2 on and the numpty on the till never told me. If I had another product it would have been free, but It wasn`t advertised ?? same when they had the megs offer on, the whole point being to upsell, they are giving stock away free for no gain
