It's is the forum each member is on. Vectra C and Signum droplinks are the same anyway.

By either screwing in the Rose Joint at each end further in (and locking off with the lock nut) or unscrewing them further out (and locking them off).

Are they adjustable?

Yes, the Vec C units are 355mm between centres standard, they will adjust from about 335 upto 360mm
