It's Mustang time...
http://babelfish.altavista.com/try
styling durch irmscher
i would have left it as is
but ive tried 4 translating sites and all have come back with Styling Durch Irmscher
Try 'Irmscher art'.
Literally translates to Irmscher style.
Trust me, these will be 100% be understood by everyone in Germany... in the same way as everyone understands Vorsprung durch Technik (as mentioned above). Our languages have become so close (again, any Anglo-Saxons?)... words like "Tuning", "Styling", "Power"... universal now!
If it really bothered you (it won't bother any German speakers) then some of the following suggestions..
"In Deutschland gebaut... in England umgebaut" - that one will tickle them ("Built in Germany, converted in England") - a play on the old Golf line ("Built in Germany, Perfected in England")
"Irmscher Styling"
"OPC Styling" for you VXR heads!
In my humble opinion, "Irmscher Vectra" is the best, most subtle & universally understood. Just change the font for something a little less Halfrauds/Ripspeed
Don't use the word "durch"... it literally means "through" but can also be use for "via".... "advancing through technology"!
you vill surrender
ve vill win ze var
... my germans not that good TBH
