    Default tomtom one units

    hi

i have been thinking (i know its scarey)

has anyone made some kind of holder for the tomtom one so it sits snug where the clock is (directly in front of clock on the little lip)

as if its placed there is looks very smart and stays there very well just needs a little support
(it would need to be fully charged as the wire would get in the way)

i was thinking of some kind of bracket that sits under the silver/wood trim that sticks up and stops the lower half of the tomtom moving forward this should keep it in place

i just though of velcro not sure how that would work

if i was clever i would just change the clock to the tomtom screen

I have thought the same mate, but nothing as come of it. Velcro would work but could look a little dodgey. Something to think harder about me thinks.

glad im not the only one that is thinking about it LOL

wonder if a strong magnetic strip would work (would the magnet affect the clock or tomtom im thinking it would)

update for you all with tomtom one version 1's

set the screen to upside down on the tomtom

then just push the tomtom into the clock area bottom first then top (upside down) and it will click into place on the top part and its very stable only downside is you can charge it from there

well im chuffed as it make life alot easy not needing to clean the ring on the window

    Baz
