Default No complete suspension set up for the 1.9cdti....

....sorry for posting on a similar subject but just to update:

i have tried loads of people today as i need new springs and shox for my 2004 1.9cdti (sri)...apparently NO-ONE does them for my car apart from eibach and blistein which costs nearly £600 for both!

can any1 help point me in the right direction please???

That price is about what you will have to pay mate. Springs alone will be between £90-£140 and for decent, uprated shocks for the 'C' you're going to be looking at the best part of £100 per corner.

If you want some serious lowering done on the 1.9CDTi, I think you will have to look at coilovers or an Eibach Pro Kit with adjustable dampers like Armoured Farmer had on his 3.0CDTi.

Give these guys a call matey - http://www.venommotorsport.com/index.html

I know they haven't got the Vectra C listed on their site, but they do have it listed in their advert in Total Vauxhall.

cheers matey - cant belive no ****** does a mid-range set up...

fingers crossed these people come good.

so far P.I, Koni, spax etc dont do any shocks.......

the only option is to go for the eilbach springs with my sri shocks which LMF also recommended.

right - i rang them and they only do coilover kits...HOWEVER...

they have got a coilover kit for my car which comes in at £350 all in.

the make is a german co. called "super sport" - i am very tempted by this as you can slam it down to 75mm......

can any1 recommend or strong advise against this brand please......
