To be fair, I would have thought that the best way to do this would be to roll some 0.75mm thick stainless strip 20 mm wide and then weld and finish off the weld area.

You're not really going to get this turned easily, or cheaply for that diameter.

Is it for your wheel / hub centre diameter? If so, I think this would be the best course of action, and wouldn't be too hard to do.

You may even get away with not welding it at all, it wouldn't do much anyway (if it's for your wheel hub centres)

yeah it is for the wheel hub centres.

i was thinkin about doin that way.

just thought i would ask around and see how much it would cost to get some made, ive got no idea about prices for this sort of work.

In that case just work out the length you need (206.5mm), cut the pattern, roll and place around the centre hub and attach the wheel.

Could do it very quickly, if you got the right material.

I'll have a look at work and get some guillotined, not sure about the rolling of such a small diameter, but i'll check.

If I can get some done I'll send you a PM for your address and post them.

Can't promise anything, and it would be tomorrow now anyway as our prototype folks will have left already. All depends on if we have some material.

I will be able to turn some for you either out of aluminium[if we have got any] or ordinary mild steel,[ might rust though].
