    Hi all,

    I have an ongoing problem that has not been fixed on my car. It's been going on for over 6 months. Does anyone have any good contact details at VXHQ?

    Did you buy it new or S/H ?

    Contacting Vx direct is probably going to do nothing for you, as they wash their hands of their product after 1st registration, and it becomes the supplying dealers responsibility to sort the car out.

    However there is hope, if the car is financed, you should contact the finance company and tell them what's happened, and they will send out an engineer to confirm faults, this then gives you the option to reject the car if it's not too old and you have had numerous attempts to get it fixed without a result.

    OR, you could post up what the fault is here, and someone may just have the solution for you to hit the dealer with next time it goes in, dealers don't always know everything they should.

    I had problems with my old Vectra and dealers (3 times!). Contacted VX through the contact email on vx website. Got replies within 48 hrs and problems sorted.

    That's one reason why I bought another vectra so might be worth going through that route and seeing what happens

    When I had issues with my first Zafira GSi back in 2002, Vauxhall could not do enough to solve the problem. To point of exchanging my car for a new one.

    If handled the right way by the customer (In other words, don't try the bull in a china shop routine) , I have found Vauxhall's customer service to be spot on!! Never had a problem with their service, and have always sorted any issues.

    Can offer there Tel number, 01582 427200, I went in to Victory Vauxhall in Portsmouth for an oil change mid term, they refused to do it as someone had damaged the sump plug on the 1st service, Said it was Ally and may damage the sump cover taking it out so wouldn't touch it as they wouldn't cover the warranty for the parts !!

    I phoned customer services and they authorised the warranty work if some thing went wrong when the butcher , sorry mechanic sorted the oil change,

    Well worth a call,

    I have had problems sorted by caling them as well, once you get a case number things seem to move a little quicker ..

    Contact VX directly by phone. I think the number given has been updated. I phoned my local dealer for it. They got back to me after 3 days and gave me a case number to quote. Got it sorted via dealer talking to VX.
