    Default snapped glowplug :-(

changed my glowplugs on my 2.0dti vec 3 came out fine but one of them just kept turning then i realised the top had broke and it was just turning inside of the rest of it. so i replaced the others and put the plugs back over them all. when i started it it ran fine so i thought it would be ok but damn it feels so gutless now drives like a 1.4 :-( any tips or options guys to get it out please

nah pipes are all fine. its sheered just below the nut and spins inside the casing thats in the block. but as ive lived with the problem a bit more ive figured out whats happening is the plugs are heating up cylinders 1,2,4 and number 3 isnt hot so i have lame power untill the heat transfers thru the block enough to heat it up to optimal temperature for the combustion. if i warm up the car with about 10 mins driving and then switch off and back on it drives fine. its a pain in the behind but im cautious about getting a tool on the plug incase the end drops into the engine and then ive gotta take the head off
