chip or remap

i have been thinking the past week about getting my petrol 04 sri chipped or remap'd, just wonderd if its realy worth it, and which one is best.

Well they're basically the same thing.

What are you meaning by chipped? - a piggyback chip on the ECU like you could on other cars? If so, you can't do that with the Vectra C - it has to be a remap of the ECU software.

what i ment was a super chip, but they didnt list my car, so not sure if they do one or not, so i will ring courtenay/regal and get some prices and ideas. cheers.
