what was the first car you ever had

and what was the worst car you've ever had

my first car was a vw beetle it had a tropical interior and it was a cracking blue colour
my worst car was a 1998 vectra 2.0 sri estate guzzled fuel useless handling and several faults.

vauxhall nova 1.2 merit first car loved it. worst car and also favorite was me corsa give me so many problems but i did love him dearly

First Car - Ford Cortina 2.0 GL (fantastic rear wheel drive fun)

Worst Car - Ford Fiesta 1.4S (most unreliable car I've ever owned, plus I felt like a hairdresser)

First car - my dad's 2 yr old 1.3 escort about 1977 vintage - loved it!

Worst car - by a country mile, the very expensive pile of junk called a Ren-no laguna initiale. What could fall off, did fall off. What didn't fall off, simply didn't work.

And just for those gentlemen from over la manche - you can have it in my very bad French......

Ma voiture plus mauvaise était la pile très chère de l'ordure appelée un laguna initiale de Renault. Ce qui pourrait tomber lui, avez tombé . Ce qui n'a pas tombé, simplement n'a pas travaillé.

Not too sure about my grammar, but it certainly loses nothing at all in the translation. French really is a beautiful language.

First car: VX Chevette Hatch in banana yellow with a tan roof. loverly

Worst Car: Ford Escort 1.8. My first diesel and only non VX I've owned. No turbo (!) meant joining motorways was a near death experience.

First car Austin A30 (when i was 9 ) We lived at the end of a long private farm lane and i used to drive it up and down whenever i could. Great fun!!!
First "official" legal road car, Morris 1000 in a lovely brown colour

Worst car, Morris Marina 1800. Handled like a boat in a storm!

1st car was a rebadged Ford Laser, actually a FWD Mazda 323 - pathetic. Handling was Ok, drank more petrol than I could drink beer per mile. Fell to bits, replaced wheel bearings every 4-5000 miles. This was probably my worst car as well - double honours, 1st & wst.

Best car was my 1990 Astra Belmont (Monza in South Africa) 160i GSi - really quick, excellent handling & light on fuel. Loved it. It had it's moments, most notable stripping cambelts every so often but I got it down to a 10 minute replacement at the roadside. (Anything longer & they had your wheels off

)

Sympathies with AJA above, the wife had a Fiesta 1.3 for 2 years, one of the worst cars I ever drove, but the Ford Laser beat it into 1st place.

First car was an Austin Allegro Vanden Plas (not just any old allegro!)

And yes, it was my worst!

First car; A Hillman imp 875cc Priceless. complete with fibreglass bonnet and leather straps to hold it shut.

Worst car; Ford cortina MK3 2000 pinto Estate. Passed it's prime with about 275,000 on the clock. Crappy faded light blue, open the rear doors and look through the rusted arches to the tyres!

Best car; Porsche 911E. Sold it when I was skint.
