very nice mate where did you pick the chrome up from
Very nice mate, looks like a lot of work has gone into that!
Nice one matey, think our buses look ace when waxed up.

looks sweet and a good job
I like that......
chromed lower and upper grilles really work well on that colour..
Are you going to remove the other badges too, I think the rear ones should go.
Lovely finish on the paint.
I'm interested in the chrome strips you have for the front grilles. Very posh!
Dave
There's a piccy of yours debadged and mine with the chrome strips (not high quality!!)

These estates take a bit of doing don,t they,
Thanks for the comments - the chrome strip is self adhesive - £9.99 for 3m from Halfords - takes 2 packs to do the upper and lower grills - done over 2 weekends lol. Is really easy to work with however and very flexible. Easy to do the lower U round the bottom grill and I doesn't look too tacky.
Have a chrome rear sill protector on order from LMF - however has been delayed for quite a few months now - should look good once it arrives...
Don't know whether to debadge the VECTRA also - definitely want to keep the CDTi badge, perhaps incorporating a "190" badge to reflect the increased power ?
Also looking to add a spoiler over time and perhaps colour code the side sills. Problem is the mudflaps and painting etc.
18"ers would also finish the car off in my view..............
