It`s mostly the 02/03 cars which are affected, they have ironed out most faults now I think...

How about replacement heads for a V6 after VX trying to fix a coolant loss problem.
Watch this space - the saga continues.......
Not really a 'fault' as such, more a design flaw really.... but im bl**dy sick of opening my tailgate after a rain shower to find my boot filling with water thats cascading off the sides of my tailgate.
Had the rad mounts changed. No cost theer. They got funny about the Irmscher exhauls as was fitted by a different dealership, I just argued they are Vauxhall and all Masterfit guys are the same to me.
I've had front end clonking (radiator mounts) fixed first time.
Not starting (showing the "spanner" symbol) fixed at third attempt.
I've also fitted Philips Vision Plus bulbs. (Dip only, as I couldn't get at the main beam ones. It's a bit tight under the bonnet with the V6 CDTi engine!) Much better lights now.
Otherwise OK.

I'm glad its not just me then!!!! I think its the price of such highly polished and waxed paint... if the water didn't bead so much it would probably be better!!!!Originally Posted by Andy

I opened the boot the other day to get my little un's pram out, unfortunatley it was right under where the water pours in.... needless to say my daughter wasn't happy to be sitting in a wet pram!!
I push the water off with my hand before opening. Rather have a wet hand than a wet boot.Originally Posted by Andy
Thats far too scary!!! I end up with pools of water that have loads of grit/dust in them... might as well push the water off with a handfull of wirewool!!!Originally Posted by AJA
the only problem i had with mine was last tuesday after it has gone past its service date, it started to cut out, rang vx dealer and was told there was a fault and needed bringing in immediately. i put a days holiday in, managed to drive the 5 miles to dealers only for them to reset the service light............a day wasted
