Payment thread for Irsmcher trip club polo shirts

Right, we now have everything sorted for the shirts to be ordered.

This is a better mock-up of what they should look like - now in the right colour and with a couple of tweaks.....

They are a Poly/cotton mix (50/50) in Royal Blue with silver custom embroidery, Irmscher and Total Vauxhall logos on sleeves and personalised with name (if required). Available in ladies and mens fit in sizes to suit everyone.

Please note: These are only available to people actually going on the Irmscher trip. There are two reasons for this....

It was always going to be something just for people that have gone on the trip, and something for them to wear on the trip so that we have a more professional and uniform look - as well as a bit of a memento.
Additionally, we were allowed to use the Irmscher and TV logos on the basis that it was a short run for the people going on the trip, and not general club merchandise - so even if we'd wanted to make it available as general club merchandise, we wouldn't have been able to.

These are priced at £22.50 each, which given the amount of embroidery on them, and the short run, is a darn good price.

To place your order, please use the PayPal logo below which will take you to an order page. If you want more than one shirt then that's fine.

We're making it PayPal payments only as, given the timing, we need to get the payments/orders in ASAP. The price is inclusive of any charges and shirts will be delivered to people at Dover.

Note: Please make sure you fill in the box that asks for the name you want on the shirt (if any). Please type it exactly as you want it to appear (upper/lower case, spaces, hyphens etc.). If there is no name typed in the box, then it will be assumed you don't wish to have a name on the shirt.

Could you also please type in your real name in the box that will be at the bottom of the final payment page.

Please add your name to the list below once ordered. No need to add the number of shirts and all the sizes etc., as that will all be on the e-mail we receive once you have placed the order.

It's a shame it only for members going on the trip, but I completely understand. Both Irmscher and Total Vauxhall have been very helpful in allowing you to add their logos to these shirts in the first place.

I agree, perhaps the official club merchandise shirts can be ordered from the same place, giving members a chance to buy a shirt, would boost club funds a bit

Not sure what you mean Tommy. Regardless of where we source the normal club shirts from, we can't offer the Irmscher trip shirt up as general merchandise for the reasons given in the original post. And TBH, even if we didn't have the 'restrictions' of using the logos as mentioned, it would still have been only for people actually going on the trip. A one-off trip of which the shirts are a memento for the people who actually went.

Anyway, can we get

please as this thread is for orders, and not to debate about who people think the shirts should be made available too - that's been clearly stated in the original post.

Sorry for the Hijack Duncan, i was meaning maybe at the same time you could offer people who are not going on the trip a shirt with just their name and the club logo on it, as merchandise, people have asked about them in the past, and now the people on the trip are getting shirts and the rest of the memebrs aren`t , could kill 2 birds with 1 stone and boost the coffers ??

Ah with you now. We're sorting out the club merchandise and clothing as well and will be putting up a PayPal page with all the stuff - I'd say in April. With the timing of the Irmscher trip we can only really have the shirts that are for the trip produced just now to have them in time. Any other shirts would delay things especially as we'd have to wait for more payments. Normal club shirts etc. will be getting offered in due course.
