Since my little, um, warning from the Doctor to sort my life out, just thought I'd let those of you who may be interested have a little progress report.
Had rotten chest pains on the Monday three weeks ago, joined a Gym the Wednesday, Last night I actually completed 1hr 20mins virtually constant workout, comprising of 45 mins CV, and the rest on the weights, allowing for rests between repititions. Quick weigh in and I'm also near on 10lb lighter!!
And I was seriously considering going tonight, but was told to go tomorrow instead, aparently I need 24 hours between workouts to let my body recover?!
Must admit, I have voluntarily cut down the Beer and wine intake too which may have helped!
I'm absolutely loving it!
