Finally managed to find a car she likes, and got rid of the Ka. Found this little bargain in Birmingham and managed to buy it for £4350 (about £1000 under book price apparently). Needs a couple of parts looking at and a little tidying up, but still an absolute bargain.

Its an early 2005 (late 54 plate) 1.2 SXI AC. She's over the moon with it.




I've already put a set of irmscher door pins on it, but the modding is gonna stop there..... or so she thinks!!!!

I got me a '52 1.2 last year with only 15k on the clock! The wifey drives the veccy (1.9 CDti 150!) from Donny to Sheff (20 miles) and I drive the corsa from Donny to York (45 miles!!!). Never let me down yet, and it's good for 70-80 on the A1 no probs. Only mod I did was replace the CAR2004 with an aftermarket and I replaced the dash bulbs with red ones (to match the lighting on the new CD player ). Put some alloys from a new Life on as well to replace the steel wheels (£150 ebay job, with new tyres too!). Lots of stuff on ebay for a corsa. Even thought about replacing the engine with a 1.4, but thought better of it

Not gonna be getting the angel-eyes, as its a 2005 model its got the facelift lights and the CD30 stereo, so its gonna be staying standard.

Just got to refurb the alloys and replace a couple of the black plastic bits and it will be pretty much perfect.
