I'm with you. I've enjoyed the few meets I've got to. No reason we can't get this region going right if we all get our fingers out. Oh and nige, I'm sure I can let you off with the mcd's!

Is it against the club rules for you to organise a meet of your own ? (I don't mean that discourteously, I mean obviously after sending a PM to the RO)

We seem fairly easy about these things in the North West as long as it is done "nicely"

Shoot me down with a missile if it's against the club ethos / rules though

I don't think its against the forum rules but like @Woody says its all good as long as people have the courtesy to run it by the RO first which is never an issue over our way

Yes, fine to arrange meets, as others have said just drop a PM to your RO to let him know

Just had a look at Niall's posting history and he's not posted in a thread for almost a year, and his last thread started seems to have also been almost a year ago, although he was online last on the 7th August..

If anyone wants to put their name forward for RO or ARO please feel free to do so, that way you'll hopefully have some meets arranged..

I have had personal problems as some of you know. A few times I suggested meets but times never suited everyone and theres not many of us. I hold my hands up i haven't been active much with whats gone on with me personally. I look forward to knockhill this weekend. I also contacted admin on openning a posistion of ARO on which i'm still awaiting on a reply from "its been looked into". Anyway i see I'm sacked from my ex staff notice on my avatar. Which i understand but was never informed about it.

well I cant say I'm surprised with this outcome...
and i"m sure niall will agree with this, but the region has been getting neglected for some time....
and if u cannot find the time and commitment, well its time to step aside and let someone else take on the role...
I want to say thanks to niall for his effords over the last few years, and hopefully its not too long before we have new r/o in place..
