Default Car Insurance Query - Privilege

    Hi ...

Got a renewal quotation through from Admiral £391.00

    All other's seem about £330 -£450

Privilege is coming in at £265

Has anybody got any experience of Privilege?

Seems too good to be true

I have used Esure, Admiral, More Than, Royal and Sun Alliance in the past?

    Cheers

and the amusing thing that I have found is that when you get an online quote from Priviledge and then Direct Line - they come out EXACTLY the same, down to the penny!! lol

I am with Privilege my Mrs is too! they are so much cheaper if you have a good record.
no problems so far been with them for ten months.
Direct line were much more expensive for me too but they insure almost anyone so i suppose that's the difference. my sri cdti 150 is £275 with 18" alloys and protected no claims (but then i am 48 and drive slow)

I'm with privelege too. Me 27 & my Girlfriend 26, fully comp on a 3.2 GSi, iirc it was aorund £600 (can't remember the exact figure now) I think with the advertising campaign thats recently been on T.V they have lowered the prices to attract business. I was previously with More Than on my Veccy B 2.5 V6 but they wanted nearly £900 on my veccy C!

insured with them sometime ago only thing i would say if this is the first time you have insured with them then check the policy is for 12 months and not 10 seems to be common trick to get people to sign up with a lot of companies..... but if im honest i never had any problems with them and they beat direct line by about £150 funny as they are the same company even better it was direct line that told me about the 10 month thing.....

I am with them, no problems at all, been with them for 6 years now, they are not too keen on modifications though. Mine has gone up £150 a year and the excess is now £500. To be honest I try shopping around at renewal time and no one can beat them .

I have just moved over to Privilege because of the 'Guarantee to Beat Renewal Quote' offer.
They only bet my renewal quote by £1 but because they do 0% on monthly installments it saved me £80ish

£436 fully comp, 7yrs no claims, no endorsments on 1.8 LS

    Chris.
