Are the membership cards going to be rolled out for everyone at once or just upon renewal for existing members? They look a bit better than the old ones!
It will be new packs only (so renewals or new members), so within a matter of months everyone will be using them (given that the last lot Duncan sent out was in October last year, it will be six months most before everyone has the new ones anyway). No point in us throwing money down the drain by replacing perfectly good cards with new ones.

we'll be doing an upgrade option for existing online only full members that joined that way because the other options weren't available at the time.
