Payment thread for Irsmcher trip

OK, got all the pricing info from Caby and I've now setup a PayPal page for anyone wishing to pay that way.

The cost for the trip is as follows......

Single room with ferry - £160

Single room without ferry - £105

Double room with ferry - £175

Double room without ferry - £120

Twin room with ferry- £175
Twin room without ferry - £120

These prices are for the three nights hotel stay as well as the ferry. Two nights in Germany and one in Belgium. Breakfast is included at the Belgian hotel only, and is €7 (£5) per person (per breakfast) in Germany. We've left this for people to pay individually to the hotel when they are there, so that people have greater freedom as to what they do for breakfast.

There are three payment options:

1) Cheque

Cheques made payable to 'Vectra C / Signum Owners’ Club' and sent to:

2) Bank transfer

PM Cabby (or me) for the club's bank account details if you want to use your Online Banking facility. If you use this method, please use your user name as a reference, or we'll have payments that we don't know who they've come from.

3) PayPal



Click the button to take you to a PayPal page to book. If you use this method, the PayPal charges will be added to the total cost automatically - otherwise we will be out of pocket given the charges on these transaction amounts. These charges will be listed as 'Postage & Packing' on the Shopping Cart page. This is exactly what it costs us to receive the money via PayPal, so you'll see why we have to add it on top.

Please make sure your type your user name in the relevant box to match up real names to forum names.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE PEOPLE TAKING CARS - Once you have paid, please PM Cabby with the following details:

• Your car registration number
• Number of people in the car
• Whether it's a Vectra or a Signum

That info is needed for the ferry company.

Please add your names to the list once you've paid (and which method you've paid by).

EDIT: Forgot to say. Big Phil, Harry, Plasma and Spikey - as you are sharing twins etc. and not all are taking cars, you'll be PMd what you need to pay each. It would have been too complicated to try and add it all to the thread and PayPal options.
