Can anyone tell me if the door handles and mirrors on the facelift vectra are the same as those on the pre-facelift!!

I am looking for a set of chrome covers for the mirrors and door handles. Makes life easier if there is only one type!!

are you getting covers for the handles aswell, or the actual chrome handles that vauxhall sell.

i'm sure there are part numbers for the handles on here somewhere, do a search.

i think they are cheaper or similarly priced to the covers aswell, and look alot nicer

I agree that the Vx ones will look nicer, they are around £120 apposed to £60-£70

Not sure how easy they are to fit though were as covers just pop on. I've asked my dealer for a proper price on theirs and they don't think you can get them - but what do they know, they only work there!!

the full chrome handles are dead easy.. anyone can do the entire handle swap on the car in about 15 mins... there's even a how-2 about it..

Looks easy enough and yest, they would look better.

It doesn't really go into removing the lock from the drivers door, or is there no problem with this?

it's just the same as removing the other handles..when that little screw is unwound the lock will just pull out.... then just swap the lock cover and handle and replace...
