Well 13 Hours To Go

and our 2nd baby should be born.
Mel's booked in for a caesarean at 9:00am (that sounds like I've just booked the car in for a service) so providing all goes well & no emergencys get prioity it should be born just aout 9:15am.
She's a bit scared about it all as last time she went into labour & it happened when it happened naturally. This time it's all a bit too arranged for both of us.
She also had a major internal bleed and had 12 units of blood transfusion so we've been assured senior surgeons will be on the case. We're both still a bit worried about any reoccurance.
Don't know how either of us are gonna sleep tonight.
Anyway, watch this space for the pics.

Good luck mate! Both my kids were c' sections, the missus's blood pressure was too high for normal labour, but the 2nd kid was much easier than the 1st, probably because we both knew what was going on then.
I've now got 2 healthy happy boys - enjoy the moment!

both our children where born via c section and have turned out ok (2nd one only 8 weeks old!!!) he was born as an early emergenacy section and is ok (fully working voice box!!!!!!!)

my ex had our daughter by emergency c-section and all was ok apart from a little more blood loss than usual, but fine none the less mate and all was ok,

my now wife gave birth to her first and my 3rd child nrly 5 weeks ago now and it just gets better
