    Default noise when cold

When i start up the car i get a sueaking noise, i think is coming from each the cam belt area or alternator/air con?

It sound like a belt slipping or something?

    Disappears when warm

Sounds like the alternator belt. Same thing happened to mine, changed the belt and it went away for a bit.
I think the tensioner wears the belts quite quickly as mine was squeaking again within 5k miles

the belt will set you back around £25 .... easy to fit too.. 15mm spanner for the spring loaded tensioner.. just draw yourself a diagram of where the belt goes before you take it off....
