    Default eBay Front Spoilers

Hi peeps, Has anybody bought an imitation front spoiler off eBay? Are they any good? Do they fit ok?
Would rather pay £60 than the £240 Irmscher price tag as I will probably end up knocking it off like a few other people have.
Found this one: Item number: 320089951891
Any advice would be much appreciated.
    Cheers P

When I first bought my copy spoiler off fleabay I didn't think the quality was that bad actually, but the dealer very nearly refused to spray it as they couldn't guarantee the quality.

The copy ones flex a lot more than an original so make sure the bodyshop puts lots elasticiser in the paint. If not it will crack.

Having smacked my spoiler loads of times (and my car isn't lowered) I would only buy a copy one. As I've just done 'again'.

beware using elasticiser as in some cases it dulls the finish of the laquer and it also stops the laquer going solid therefore when it comes to repaintin for stonechips could cost you far more in labour charges as the splitter will need totally stipped and started from square 1.

i have learned from experience in painting various kits in the past
