Council painted me car!!!!

I live in a ex-council house, the council decided recently it was time to paint all the fences, and got a sub contractor in called seymores...
whilst painting nextdoors fence, seymores have managed to cover my car in speckes of brown paint.

question is should i complain??

I can get the paint off but it'll take me hours... so do i just get on with it?

To f ing right you should complain. Get it Fully detailed by a proper detailer and give them the bill.

Had this at a place I worked once where they repainted the safety rails and covered loads of cars with yellow paint! They all ended up with re-sprays!!

Tar and glue remover will shift the paint through a lot of elbow grease, then a buff. This isnt your problem get the contractors to pay the bill.

talking about detailers, who was that guy a few guys on here went to for a detailing day?

contact the council bud and see what they come up with.my cars always get overspray on them due to ships in the dry docks,but always get paid to get it removed
