Spec level varies so you need to decide on the amount of toys you want to play with. Elite has the most. Design has stiffer suspension than the elite or elegance. Engines, for your 6K you might just get a 2.0T but will get a 2.0DTi or 2.2DTi or 2.2 petrol. CDTi's will be too expensive yet.

EDIT: having said that i've just found THIS. A 3.0 v6 CDTi Elite for 6.5K

Hi mate and welcome,,, You should be able to get a GOOD spec SIG for the 6k and px value, all depends on what your expecting for the BMW....
A 3.0 CDTI SRI would be a VERY nice Diesel.
Speak to the people on the site who own Siggys, they will let you know more...

I don't believe it! That car is exactly the same as mine and only 1 letter in the number plate is different

Go for it m8, you won't be disappointed.

yes it has, the 2.0dti is old tech compared to the newer cdti's

Price is ok, more than what i paid and the same mileage but mine was bought at a Vx fleet management auction sale.
I'm not really worried what "might" go wrong as it has over 2 years warranty left There are people on the site that have had one or 2 problems with suspension, injectors, turbo's, squeaks, rattles etc. I had a fuel pump replaced on my last 1.9 CDTi Vectra but it didn't stop me getting the same engine again.
For me it is the best balance of economy and performance. Stick a tuning box on it and it really comes alive

go fot the cdti diesel and you are going to have a big shock how far the diesels have come on

there no old oil burners now

    a 1.9 cdti 150 is 0 to 60 in 8.8 and thats the book speed and 135mph +

not shore on the v6 ask big phil hes the man for the v6

its the spec of the car that may push the prices up but have a look around
