    Default Silvervision indicator bulbs

Anyone know where to get these cheap. Cheapest I've managed to find so far is about £19 delivered for 2 pairs. Anyone beat this?

Wow. They're VERY silver, aren't they?! Have you bought these yourself?

No - I found them for Duncan a few weeks ago but he got some from somewhere else... might be worth PM'ing him to find out from where?!

It was Graeme that ordered them for me. I think it was powerbulbs, not 100% sure, and I can't recall the exact price, but £19 for two pairs sounds like they may be cheaper. I do remember that you got a set of BlueVision sidelights free though!

I'm on a train at the moment so I can't check the details, but I'll look when I get back - unless Graeme comes along first.

I have ordered the proper Philips jobbies at a cost of £19.47 delivered. This price was from a Vaux bits supplier, funnily enough http://www.redgriffin.co.uk .

When they arrive I'll post some before and after piccies, so peeps can see what they do for the look of the car.

Ah, sorry m8 - I was going to get back to you!

It was PowerBulbs (www.powerbulbs.com) and it was £13.45 for pair (with a free pair of BlueVision sidelights). So your £19 for two pairs is definitely cheaper.

Before and after pics would be good for other people to see. I didn't take a pic, just looked at one side compared to the other after fitting one bulb. You'll see a difference - less orange visible in the reflector/light area.

    Got an even cheeper result

simply get a tin of silver spray paint
    and lighty dust the bulb
work on my B and still looking good after 18months
    doesn,t affect the brightness

You can see from the pics
no "egg yolk" look from the indictors and thats using the spray paint!

not spending £20 on fancy bulbs
