Hi peeps, lately my gears seem to be grinding, seems to be when car is cold then it's fine when it has warmed up! Mainly 2nd gear! Anyone had this problem?

What engine and gearbox? You may get replies if you tell us what one lol
Sorry it's a 1.9 cdti 150bhp with a 6 speed box. The f40 box cheers
Mine has a bit of a slow shift into 2nd when cold, mine is an M32. I had similar years ago with a Ford type 9, that was because it had EP90 in it rather than TQF, yours may have the wrong oil in it too.
