Talking Fitted Irmscher door pins - the perfectionist's way!

Had a set of those sat around for a little while (courtesy of Cara) but never got round to fitting them.

I didn't want the grub screws showing on them and wanted to fit them so that you couldn't see them - the only way to achieve this being to take off the door cards.

So as I was taking off a door card yesterday anyway (to see what modules I had for the folding mirrors mod) I thought I may as well get them done.

So, four door cards were quickly whipped off and pins fitted.....

No grub screw showing on either side.

Sits nicely when locked. Gotta show the Irmscher logo!

Bit more effort than just fitting them with the door cards in place, but worth it I think to not have the grub screws showing.

lol - yep, dead easy to remove - and if you can support it on something (or have somebody help) you don't even have to faff about removing the Boden cable for the door handle release.
