You can only get to 250bhp if you do the airbox mod. ;-)

eds remap is 16 bhp best around , exhaust manifold, down pipe with 200 cell cat, 50mm twin outlet exhaust, all this plus filter box change can give 170 - 176 bhp .approx cost £1500. regal have turbo kit , £3000.

Yes, but IIRC accompanied with other changes including exhaust.
