    Default Rear end knocks

    I have a 52 LS Vectra and have had intermittent rear end knocks for many months - some days the knocks were much worse that others. I put it into the local garage who could not find a problem. Three weeks ago - out of shear exaggeration I took off the rear wheels and blasted the whole rear wheel arch area with a power washer and then a scoot of WD40 to any area that had a bolt or looked like it could move.

    It worked and it is still OK!

    I appreciate this may not last long when the weather starts to dry up and would like to go over the area and reseat every bolt I can find, but I think they are TORX bolts. To get them off I will need a TORX socket for my half inch drive set. Does anybody know what size of TORX socket is required?
