Chips with that?

Was quoted £470 to chip 150bhp/315NM cdti sri upto 177bhp/370NM is this a good price or would i be better getting a tuning box? And if so what's the prefered choice of tuning box?

It is a great price for a remap (chip)...and they are always the best form of tuning... if you want a tuning bow the PM caterman for the details of the £65 quid box he and several others run that will knock those figures into a hat..

Vauxhall Performance Centre Quote £550 for 195 BHP Remap on the 1.9 CDTI

I rolling roaded mine with the above at 188.4 BHP - seems quite quick

Celtic Tuning quote £399 for a remap that brings the 150bhp up to 205!!! Similar Torque gains - but I can never remember them! Mine is being done in about 2 weeks.
