Wanted to do more things but unfortunately the weather is not helping drizzling and being cold.
I have replaced all of the rubber vacuum hoses. The check valve broke but i had a replacement bought some time ago.
Replaced the key shell as i wanted something a tad more modern and less worn.
Resitted the t hose radiator clamp, so far no leaks.

car was acting up at a warm start( turning over with enough juice but refusing to start, nice white clouds of smoke coming from the exhaust, stinking of fuel)) couldn't find a reason or faultcode so pulled the ecu plug... found that one side (the male side was completely clean, the female part had some blue corrosion on the ground pin... weird but no biggie pulled out the electrical contact cleaner let it dry and problem is gone... still wondering how that corrosion got in there as it was only really sitting on the plastic bit of the connector but it was enough to cause a disturbance...
anyway it's sorted now. and no I didn't take pictures as I was leaving the house to go to my dentist appointment (just the 6 monthly checkup no problems at all)

take them to an upholstery place and ask them to put the VXR logo on them... they'll probably charge you about 50 pounds... thing is once they've set it up once they can actually offer it as a service.Originally Posted by Jon1796

650 euros in good shape is cheap, last time i saw a set for sale was over 650 euros with tears and a lot of usage
