Bought one!!

So, new to the site but ive been hovering and reading up on the C for a while. I wanted a 3.2 GSI but as good ones seem rare as a fat middle aged born again biker in a power ranger suit who actually knows how to ride i gave up and started to look at other models. Found a lovely silver 2.2 sri direct yesterday, 04 plate, 40k miles, nice genuine seller (i hope) so made an offer which was accepted, he's MOT ing it for me before we collect it.

I hadn't driven a 2.2 before in this shape, quite impressed with the performance of it and as it'll be the wifes car mainly she should cope well i think

So anyhoo, well pleased this morning, all i need to do now is track down a decent subtle body kit and start playing!!

Certainly didnt seem to be, is this a common problem and is that a new clutch as and when it happens?

Just told the wife about the "fat, middle aged" bit, she agrees i should fit in nicely

Just picked the car up as it flew through the MOT today. 40 mile drive home, goes well dont it Quicker on the off than my old V6 B thats for sure. Nice and comfy, lots of toys to play with, i think im gonna like this.

This is actually the wifes new car, it'll be interesting to get her point of view when she drives it as her current car is a BMW Z3 soft top. She loved my old Veccy B so she shoulf like this even more.
