    Thumbs up Smug face!!!!!!!

    Some of you may remember that back in July I was offered a 6 months trial as a Team leader at work, with a view to a fairly hefty promotion if I performed well.

    So, I have spent the past 6 months working like a navvy, and my Team have consistently been the highest achievers (as much their own fab input as mine!!!)

    Yesterdy I was called in front of the main management and HR manager, and the good news is.......................................

    I GOT THE JOB!!!!!

    Happy days are here - no longer 'Acting' Team Leader but the real Mc Coy, (getting a name tag saying 'Louise Drinkald - Team Leader' to go on my desk!!!!!) and the salary to go with it
