Default Can anyone help my broken Hotpoint DWF61 Dishwasher

If anyone has a Hotpoint DWF61 dishwasher, I need help before I call out a man in a van. The middle washer arm has come away from the back water pipe and it looks like a clip may be missing, my in-laws have been here for a week while I was away and I came home to find it laying at the bottom of the unit.

Wha I am after is if someone has this exact model can you take a pic or 6 and post it up for me so I can get an idea how it clips in the upright of the water flow pipe. You will need to tkae the top drawer out first.

    If you can help thanks.

Well turns out we have a dishwasher!! It's the Hotpoint DF61 though.

Hmm may have pictured the wrong bit. If the model is similar let me know and I'll take another.

Thanks Steve, youv'e got the gist, I'm after a pic of the back and hopefully this will show what I am after. Some how I need to get the arm back on the upright but cant see how it is secured on.

So not sure if it should sit like this; The right side as you look at the picture is the top

    or like this

and is there some clip or something that holds the arm on the back so I need a close up of the point of join between the horizontal & vertical. Thanks for your help. The model is DF61 the W signifies it's white

    Ok sorry for delay.

The draw just slides back so that the part attached to the drawer is pushed against the part attached to the back of the machine.

Simon, i think you will find that the top is arm is secured to the basket and not the part at the back. I'm a commercial catering engineer and they are mostly secured to the frame of the machine but domestic ones aren't.
The top basket usually has 2 positions and it automatically choses the correct path as it locates on the back part when you push the basket in.

Yep, that's correct. The arm is secured to the basket with the clip shown in the last picture and is secured at the front in the way shown in the second to last picture of the first set I posted.
