3.2Gsi Performance Mods?

Anybody know of any performance mods for the 3.2Gsi engine? Been looking around for a remap but can't find anybody who offers them for this engine. A 3.2 putting out around 210bhp must be capable of putting out plenty more than that. If Renault can get 192bhp out of 2 litre then surely the 3.2 must be good for 250ish bhp???
