Couple of measurements would be good, dunno if they can do the logo, can ask them, maybe they can just do writing on them, worth an ask though ..

you could just have a plain white tshirt done and get some of them tshirt transfers that u iron on and u can then design ure own tshirt.

Well I went for a 12" chest, I converted your measurements to old money, in white with VECTRA-C.COM across the front, couldn`t fit the WWW in on one line but most people drop it now anyway ... arrival is iminant, can you pm me Pudseys address so I can send it on when it arrives.
12" was the biggest size they do but I think it should fit if your tailoring skills are up to scratch and you measured him right

Edit: I'd say 12" will be a 'loose fit' style so should be fine. Mrs Duncan could always do a quick alteration if need be, or I could if need be! - and no, I haven't been visiting these forums!
