right,after a little discussion at the last meet,myself,Niall,Barry & Dean were throwing ideas for something different to do sometime next year.............so Knockhill or more to the point BTTC..................................ummmm can smell the high octane fumes already

so just to get started

rail n sail (foot passenger & rail ticket to Edinburgh) £60-£68

car & 3 adults dep 15:30 Fri 22nd Aug 2014 return Mon 25th (afternoon or evening) £350 each return

so thats roughly £129 for car & driver then £28 each way for each individual passenger

Guest house,i have emailed "the alpha guest-house" (just picked 1 of a list) for prices for 6 adults,either 6 single rooms or 3 double for 3 nights B&B (they say from £20-£55 pppn)

will get checking for prices of hire car(s) later probally people carrier,then if girlfriends,wives & kids want to tag along there is M& D's fun park somewhere near Glasgow................cant have them whining allday whilst we watch the racing

a Ford Galaxy 7 seater is £474 is £68 each then say £10 each for fuel this is from Sat 23 (10.30am) to Mon 25th 11.30am

oh a foot passenger price is £28 single so if we decide to take our own cars the extra passengers are the same price as foot passengers,i have added a few quid to the rail-sail & the car + passenger prices as these are likely to be more than this year(so the girl i was talking to told me)

excellent work detective farley....
i"m def up for it man, but for me the best bet would be to hire a 7 seater on arrival in scotland.....one thing for sure, there is not a chance i would get the vec onto the boat without ripping off the front splitter ffs...
oh and another thing too.....if they let me into m + d"s and on every ride for absolutely nothing i would tell them to shove it, the place is a **** hole imo...

flight wise Easyjet only go up to 16th of june next year,but if we book (or decide to fly) it should be about £70 return,for me either foot passenger,train up to Edinburgh hire car or fly & hire car,need to look at other guest-houses,emailed another on the colbiehill road but they dont have enough rooms!!!! but it would have been handy for getting onto the M90
